The plague spewer came from the blightlords terminators kit. The reaper 'head' from the deathshroud kit but the handle is a mix of the axe that came with the Prince and the handle of one of the ogroid theridons from the same box (would've use deathshroud instead if I've had one).

Related: Total War: Warhammer 3 - All Tzeentch Units, Ranked Alternatives. Featherless Beak (Head, Tzeentch 330) gives a small melee attack bonus and a Barrier, as well as hastening the Daemon Prince's cooldowns when he isn't in melee.It also grants access to the Tzeentch's Firestorm spell.; Heavy Bracers (Left Arm, Tzeentch 440) provides only slightly less defense than the Heavy Armoured.

Out of curiosity, what models have people used, or considered, as alternative Daemon Prince models, or as a conversion basis or a source of materials for one? Some that come to mind for me: AS BASIS FOR DAEMON PRINCE: -Ogroid Thaumaturge (Disciples of Tzeentch, AOS) -old metal Greater Daemons (Chaos Daemons) since they are about the right size now.
